On Open Days you welcome visitors, answer questions, and assist with trial lessons. You get a quick briefing in the morning.

Open Days are held on Saturdays from 10.00-14.00 or during the evening from 18.00-21.00. Each degree programme runs presentations and trial lessons on an Open Day. Visitors can ask questions to students and teaching staff from the same education programme, get a taste of things to come, and find their way around the building. See also amsterdamuas.com/openday .

Remuneration: specialisation hours or cash

6 hours of specialisation or cash (€12 per hour).

You visit secondary schools in groups of two or three to hold information sessions on the degree programmes. You are trained in advance on how to deliver a presentation. The PowerPoint presentation itself is also provided.

Remuneration: specialisation hours or cash

5 hours of information sessions: specialisation hours or cash (€12 per hour).

The aim of the trial study sessions is to help prospective students to choose the right degree programme. Prospective students can sign up for a pre-arranged half-day programme consisting of a trial theory tutorial and a practicum. You welcome the prospective students and assist the lecturers in the classes and answer questions.

When

Two dates in November and December.

Remuneration: specialisation hours or cash

4 hours per session, specialisation hours or cash (€12 per hour).

You can give lessons (not programme-specific) at secondary schools where the difference between HAVO and AUAS education is central. You are trained beforehand.

Remuneration: specialisation hours or cash

At AUAS the study check applies to the Ergotherapy & Remedial Therapy programmes (the selection for Nursing and Physiotherapy is decentralised). Those who have applied for the following academic year are invited beforehand – in June and July – to the programme. They are given a preparatory assignment, a list of theoretical and practical themes, and a test. The study advice is based on the results.

Your job is to welcome prospective students to the activities and answer questions.

Remuneration

Number of hours, specialisation hours or cash (€12 per hour).
