I cannot log into TestVision
You should log in with your AUAS ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via id.hva.nl/home. Make sure you check this well in advance!
The test has started, but I cannot see it
Refresh the page by pressing F5 (Windows) or Command+R (Mac). First, check whether a solution to the problem can be found on examsupport.hva.nl. If you cannot resolve the problem, get in contact via the chat function (LiveChat) at the bottom right of this webpage.
Make sure you do not share any personal data. If we ask you to do so, provide your student ID number only.
I have a question about content or I do not fully understand the test question
For questions about the content of the exam, please contact the LiveChat. You are not allowed to contact a lecturer yourself during an exam.
I have been logged out. What should I do?
Simply log into TestVision again and carry on where you left off. Until you definitively submit the test, you can always resume work on it. If you are logged out of the system, the clock stops, so you will not lose any exam time.
My screen has frozen or I get an error message regarding communication with the server. What should I do?
Refresh the page by pressing F5 (Windows) or Command+R (for Mac). Please note: you may lose your answer to this question as a result. Make sure you write it on a piece of paper first.
If refreshing does not work, close the browser (in the usual way) and restart it. Simply log into TestVision again and carry on where you left off. Until you definitively submit the test, you can always resume work on it. The clock will automatically stop when you leave TestVision.
I hvae encountered other (technical) problems during the test
Take a look at examsupport.hva.nl first. If the general answers do not answer your question, send a message via the chat function at the bottom right of this web page. Enter your student ID number, the name of the exam, your question and the name of your faculty.
Please note: only use this form to report (technical) problems during the exam.
Make a printscreen of your problem or message for evidence purposes. The chat history via LiveChat is kept for six weeks and is then automatically deleted.
Questions submitted by another means during the exam (email, digital Service Point) will not be processed.
Can I use the toilet?
Generally speaking, you are not permitted to use the toilet. You need the available exam time to answer the exam questions. In addition, the usual rules for sitting examinations apply.

Check your test duration in TestVision immediately after the test starts. If the extra time is not specified, immediately go to examsupport.hva.nl and let us know via the Live Chat function that your extra time is not recorded in the system.
