Study spot and room reservations

Need a study spot? No need to reserve in advance!

Do you want to book a room? See below how you can arrange this via Mapiq.

Do you need other facilities or customisation?

Do you need other facilities or customised services due to personal circumstances? Please contact the student counsellor serving your degree programme.

Students can book the rooms available for this on the day itself via www.hva.nl/mapiq . Select the Book a Room function.
Note: not in use (green) does not mean that the room can also be booked in Mapiq. For example, rooms from FBE and SZ do not fall under the rooms that can be booked in Mapiq. In this case, students can use the available project rooms without reservation.
