Instructions reconfigure mailapps

Below you will find instruction how to reconfigure mailapps on some devices. Please note: these are general instructions that may be different for your specific device.

  1. After the change, you will receive the error message Password incorrect, which can reoccur later too.
  2. Select Cancel and follow the procedure below.
  3. Press Settings on the main screen.
  4. Scroll down until you reach the Passwords and accounts menu.
  5. Select your AUAS account (Exchange).
  6. Scroll down and select Delete account.
  7. Select Add account.
  8. Select Exchange.
  9. Under Email enter your AUAS email address.
  10. Select Next.
  11. Select Log in.
  12. Enter your AUAS password.
  13. Select Next.
  14. In case you're not logged in automatically, enter outlook.office365.com under Server, enter your HvA email adress and password and select Next.
  15. Confirm the change with Save.
  16. Return to the main screen.

  1. Go to the Menu on your Android telephone.
  2. Open Settings (the cog icon).
  3. Go to Accounts.
  4. Select your AUAS account.
  5. Scroll down and select Delete account.
  6. Confirm this with OK.
  7. Select Exchange with the red 'M' icon for Gmail.
  8. Select Account settings.
  9. Select your AUAS account.
  10. Go to Settings incoming.
  11. At Username enter your AUAS email address.
  12. Enter your password.
  13. In case you're not logged in automatically, enter your AUAS email address and password once more and enter servername outlook.office365.com.
  14. Confirm the change with Done.
  15. Return to the main screen.

  1. Select the File menu.
  2. Select Account settings.
  3. Select Account settings again.
  4. Select your AUAS account.
  5. Click on Remove.
  6. Click on Yes to confirm this.
  7. Click on New again.
  8. Enter your own name.
  9. Enter your email address
  10. Enter your AUAS password.
  11. Click on Next.
  12. Enter your AUAS password again.
  13. Tick the box Save this password.
  14. Click on Finish.
  15. Close Outlook.
  16. Restart your computer.

  1. After the change you will receive the following error message in Outlook:Unable to receive emails ('Op dit moment kan geen e-mail worden ontvangen').
  2. Select Yes.
  3. Enter your AUAS email address and your AUAS password.
  4. Confirm the change with OK.

  1. Go to System preferences.
  2. Select Internet accounts.
  3. Delete the Exchange account.
  4. Add a new Exchange account.
  5. Enter your own name and AUAS email address and your AUAS password.
  6. Confirm with Log in.
