A-Z Students International Business and Management Studies
House rules
The AUAS is a place for studying and working. In order to ensure that all activities are conducted in a pleasant and safe manner, the AUAS has drawn up House rules for all students, employees and visitors at the AUAS.
AUAS House rules
- Leave all rooms clean and tidy.
- Smoking is not allowed in and around the buildings.*
- Keep corridors and escape routes free.
- Use computers for study or work purposes only.
- ID is required.
- The AUAS is not liable in the event of loss or theft.
- The AUAS uses CCTV cameras to monitor its premises.
- Violations may lead to penalties.
*The AUAS grounds and buildings are smoke-free. All educational institutions in the Netherlands are completely smoke-free since 1 August 2020. This applies to everyone who uses the buildings and grounds, from students and employees to suppliers and visitors. If you smoke, please keep this rule in mind when in the vicinity of the campus and take care not to disturb local residents.
The House rules for external students and course participants are derived from the AUAS Students' Charter; for all visitors to and users of the locations, the House rules are prescribed by the Executive Board and are also based partly on government health and safety regulations.
