Statement of graduation/foundation year

Do you need an official statement of graduation or graduation year?
First check if your diploma has been documented in SIS. You can find this in SIS. The information is located in 'degree programme information' under 'degree certificates'.

As soon as your diploma/foundation year certificate has been documented in SIS, you can submit a request for a statement of graduation via csa@hva.nl. It is also possible to download an official extract of your diploma through the DUO diploma register after they have processed it. This is an official document issued by DUO (part of Ministry of Education, Culture and Science) and is considered valid proof of your obtained diploma.

Did you obtain the required 240 or 60 ECTS, but has your bachelor diploma/foundation year certificate not yet been documented in SIS? Then you can request a certified transcript of grades through the Serviceportal. You will often receive this transcript quickly and it proves that you have obtained all ECTS, but it is not an official proof of graduation.
