Study spot and room reservations

Need a study spot? No need to reserve in advance!

Do you want to book a room? See below how you can arrange this via Mapiq.

Do you need other facilities or customisation?

Do you need other facilities or customised services due to personal circumstances? Please contact the student counsellor serving your degree programme.

Students can book the rooms available for this on the day itself via . Select the Book a Room function.
Note: not in use (green) does not mean that the room can also be booked in Mapiq. For example, rooms from FBE and SZ do not fall under the rooms that can be booked in Mapiq. In this case, students can use the available project rooms without reservation.

The rules for reservations

  • The available rooms can only be reserved on the day itself.
  • You can reserve a room for a maximum of four hours a day.

How does it work?

  • Go to
  • Choose the location: Book a room --> All bookable rooms
  • Choose the room: Log in with your AUAS ID --> Start booking
  • Reserve your time and Confirm
  • You can view your reservations in Your Info. You can also cancel your reservation here.

You can book a maximum of 7 days ahead You van book a maximum of 2 sessions of 2 hours each a week

How does it work?

  1. Go to s Mapiq Web ( .
  2. Log in to Office Shifts or make an account if you don’t have one yet.
  3. Choose your location NTH.
  4. Choose a treatment table or practice unit and pick a timeslot you want to make a reservation for.
  5. Make a reservation for this timeslot and confirm

You can see your confirmed reservations in “ Your Info, Your Bookings”. Here you can also cancel your reservation.


Clean your study spot before you start studying. This way, you’ll be certain it’s clean. Afterwards, take your belongings and any rubbish with you. Don’t forget to check out when you leave the building.
