Instructions reconfigure mailapps
Below you will find instruction how to reconfigure mailapps on some devices. Please note: these are general instructions that may be different for your specific device.
- After the change, you will receive the error message Password incorrect, which can reoccur later too.
 - Select Cancel and follow the procedure below.
 - Press Settings on the main screen.
 - Scroll down until you reach the Passwords and accounts menu.
 - Select your AUAS account (Exchange).
 - Scroll down and select Delete account.
 - Select Add account.
 - Select Exchange.
 - Under Email enter your AUAS email address.
 - Select Next.
 - Select Log in.
 - Enter your AUAS password.
 - Select Next.
 - In case you're not logged in automatically, enter outlook.office365.com under Server, enter your HvA email adress and password and select Next.
 - Confirm the change with Save.
 - Return to the main screen.
 
- Go to the Menu on your Android telephone.
 - Open Settings (the cog icon).
 - Go to Accounts.
 - Select your AUAS account.
 - Scroll down and select Delete account.
 - Confirm this with OK.
 - Select Exchange with the red 'M' icon for Gmail.
 - Select Account settings.
 - Select your AUAS account.
 - Go to Settings incoming.
 - At Username enter your AUAS email address.
 - Enter your password.
 - In case you're not logged in automatically, enter your AUAS email address and password once more and enter servername outlook.office365.com.
 - Confirm the change with Done.
 - Return to the main screen.
 
- Select the File menu.
 - Select Account settings.
 - Select Account settings again.
 - Select your AUAS account.
 - Click on Remove.
 - Click on Yes to confirm this.
 - Click on New again.
 - Enter your own name.
 - Enter your email address
 - Enter your AUAS password.
 - Click on Next.
 - Enter your AUAS password again.
 - Tick the box Save this password.
 - Click on Finish.
 - Close Outlook.
 - Restart your computer.
 
- After the change you will receive the following error message in Outlook:Unable to receive emails ('Op dit moment kan geen e-mail worden ontvangen').
 - Select Yes.
 - Enter your AUAS email address and your AUAS password.
 - Confirm the change with OK.
 
- Go to System preferences.
 - Select Internet accounts.
 - Delete the Exchange account.
 - Add a new Exchange account.
 - Enter your own name and AUAS email address and your AUAS password.
 - Confirm with Log in.
