Re-enrolment step-by-step plan
If you are continuing your studies in the coming academic year, you must re-register for the programme. Follow the steps below and make sure you arrange this as soon as possible, but no later than 31 August.
How do I arrange my re-registration? Follow the steps below.
- Go to Studielink and log in with your DigiD .
- Check your contact details. Change them if necessary.
- Check your To Do list, choose ‘Arrange your re-enrolment’.
- On the next page, choose ‘Yes, I want to re-register’.
- Click on ‘Confirm’.
- After your re-registration, you will also need to arrange the payment of your tuition fees via Studielink. This can only be done 48 hours later, after you have re-enrolled. From 8 May onwards, you can arrange your payment.
- You can choose the following options in Studielink:
- You issue an authorisation for one academic year. The amount will be debited automatically from your bank account. You need to arrange this authorisation via Studielink every academic year.
- You issue a continuous authorisation for the period you are studying. The amount will be debited automatically from your bank account. You no longer need to arrange this via Studielink every year.
- You pay in one go or in instalments.
- You authorise someone else (e.g. your parents or employer) to pay the tuition fees for you.
Your re-enrolment will not be complete until you have also arranged the payment of your tuition fees in Studielink. The amount will be debited automatically at the end of September, depending on how you want to pay.
7. Check your enrolment via sis.hva.nl and keep an eye on your HvA-mail. There you will receive the Proof of Enrolment as soon as you have completed everything.
