Microsoft 365

As an AUAS-student your AUAS-ID grants you access to Microsoft 365. Microsoft 365 is a collection of services that includes OneDrive, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more.

Study online with Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 allows you to easily and safely work together online in the cloud. You can:

  • Videocall, chat and work together online with students and external parties
  • Share files and work on them simultaneously
  • Have access to your files anytime, anyplace: on your mobile device, laptop or pc. You have boundless storage.

Microsoft 365 consists of the online services (such as Teams and OneDrive) and Office. Office is the collection of apps that include Word and PowerPoint. Whilst these apps are also accessible offline, the online services are only available with an internet connection.

Getting started

Having installed two-step verification, you are granted access to your personal Microsoft 365 environment by logging in on office.com with your AUAS-ID. Here you will find icons of the various Microsoft services, including your student e-mail. To gain access to your service of choice, select the corresponding icon.

Microsoft 365 apps

Microsoft 365 also contains Office that includes apps such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Microsoft’s online services grant you as a AUAS student both individual access to these programmes as well as the possibility to edit files simultaneously with your peers as you work together on projects.

Microsoft Teams makes it possible to study together with your peers, work on documents together, share your screen and engage in video calls with one another.

OneDrive provides you with safe personal file storage in the Microsoft 365 cloud. You have 1 terabyte of storage space to save your files and make backups. Additionally, you can easily share files with fellow students.

Your AUAS account grants you access to many other useful Microsoft apps, such as OneNote, Forms, Planner, ToDo, Bookings, Whiteboard and Sway. More information can be found on this support page from Microsoft .
