Microsoft 365 (Office)
Your HvA account gives you free access to Office. This includes, for example, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Office
Office is part of Microsoft 365. With your HvA ID you can install Office apps free of charge. You will then have access to the latest versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more. You can do this on up to 5 computers and 5 mobile devices. The software is suitable for both Windows and Mac.
Installation
- Set up 2-step verification.
- Go to the Office portal and log in with your HvA ID.
- Select the desired language and bit version. Check your required bit version in your computer's system properties. Finally, click on ‘Install Office’.
- Wait for the download to complete and then follow the instructions of the installation wizard.
Installation on mobile devices
Office apps can be installed on iOS or Android via the App Store or Google Play Store. You can read more about this on Microsoft's support page.
