You will start the semester with a kick-off on 4 September. Lectures will officially start after this. Information regarding the kick-off will be planned in your schedule and updates will be communicated via email.
Have you arranged your re-enrolment and paid your tuition fees yet? Make sure to do so before 31 August. Consult the step-by-step procedure for re-enrolment to find our exactly what you need to do. You cannot start your degree programme this September unless you have completed all the required steps.
Have you forgotten your AUAS ID password? You can reset your password via id.student.hva.nl . Don't forget to regularly check your AUAS mailbox to ensure you don't miss important information. Log in at email.hva.nl using your HvA-ID@hva.nl (note the extension @hva.nl) and password.
All AUAS students can obtain fast and secure access to the internet via the ‘hva’ or ‘eduroam’ network which, in turn, allows access to all information systems. To obtain access to the network you will be required to complete a number of steps once only. Once you have done that you will always connect automatically at all AUAS locations.
Group lists will be published no later than 28 August via email. Once you have your group list, you will be able to view your schedule at https://rooster.hva.nl . You can link your schedule to calendar applications such as Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or the calendar application in your mobile phone. Go to the AUAS annual schedule to find out how the academic year is structured and when the holiday periods are scheduled.
AMFI has its own annual schedule (log in on MijnHvA). Please check this schedule regularly to see how the semester is established. Information about reflection and evaluation weeks as well the national holidays will be posted here.

In SIS you will find your study results for the past academic year. If there are any inaccuracies in your study results, please contact the result administration of AMFI via resultadministration-AMFI@hva.nl.
Do you expect to graduate this academic year? Make sure:
- That you have re-enrolled via Studielink, if you want to graduate during or in the midst of the academic year. After you have graduated you can withdraw your enrolment via Studielink. The rest amount of your tuition fee that was paid will be refunded to you after your graduation.
- That you request your graduation via SIS. The enrolment deadlines are posted on MijnHvA-Flexible Program .
- That you have a minimum of 120 ECTS from the main phase including your internship.
Excursions are part of the course and mandatory.
Consider an amount between € 300 and € 500 a year.
